If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original transaction date.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Send your package back to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
